We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours. Our Customer Service staff will be happy to help you with any enquiries regarding your order or products during the following hours:

Please note: International delivery does not include any customs & duty payments your order may incur.
For the purposes of all of our delivery options, your order must be placed before midday on the previous working day. In the event of adverse weather conditions, strikes, Acts of God or any other events outside of our control there may be some delays to the delivery of your order.
Our FREE UK DELIVERY service is available for all addresses within the UK and Channel Islands.
Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order please note that there is a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales specified above are indicative only and we shall not be liable for any delay whatsoever.
Please allow one additional day for deliveries to off-shore islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
Returns and Exchanges
DAMAGED GOODS
If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at daikorfurnishings@gmail.com
Please include your order number for the most expedient service.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you change your mind about your purchase please let us know by emailing daikorfurnishings@gmail.com. We request that the items should be returned to us, unused and within the original packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange, credit or a full refund. We require proof of purchase for returns and exchanges.
Only the price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded subject to approval by Dai-KOR. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 5 business days to process your refund and send an e-mail confirmation.
This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost.
Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for resale, which must not be used as the outer packaging for your mailing purposes.
